Choose the colour of your Contact B1 ballet flats
At Proalp workshop in Tržič, we craft a wide range of shoes every day, including custom pairs with colour combinations chosen by our customers. We are delighted to create shoes tailored to your taste, and many of you have already designed truly beautiful combinations.

Contact B1 – natural gait and comfort
Contact B1 barefoot ballet flats are designed as lightweight barefoot shoes that supports natural foot movement and everyday comfort. Thoughtfully positioned straps that helps them gently hug your feet, much like closed shoes., providing a relaxed stride without the need to “catch” the shoes to keep them on your feet.
Their key feature is a 2.5 mm thin, flexible sole that allows maximum ground contact and a natural walking sensation. This is one of the main advantages of barefoot shoes compared with conventional footwear.
Quality materials
The upper is made from high-quality soft leather that gently hugs the foot and is designed for comfortable wear without pressure points.
Inside is a 5 mm layer of felted natural sheep’s wool, which acts as a natural insulator. It retains warmth on cooler days and helps maintain a comfortable temperature in warmer weather, while also reducing foot perspiration.
The vulcanised rubber sole provides good durability and effective protection against moisture. The raised rubber sidewall helps protect against moisture and dirt up to approximately 1.5 cm from the ground, enhancing the usability of the barefoot ballet flats in various weather conditions. The range of variations allows you to style them with a wide variety of outfits – both sporty and elegant.

Shoe care helps maintain a good appearance, durability, and resistance to different weather conditions. Below are some practical tips.
Shoes made from smooth leather:
Occasionally wipe them with a damp cloth, which may include a drop of mild dishwashing liquid.
Clean shoes can be treated with a thin layer of colourless cream or leather balm, which should then be gently rubbed into the smooth leather using a dry cloth. When applying a new product, always test it on a less visible area before treating the entire surface.
Shoes made from suede, nubuck and brushed leather:
If dry and muddy, brush them with a suitable suede brush.
Occasionally wipe them with a damp cloth, which may include a drop of mild dishwashing liquid.
Once clean, apply a colourless waterproofing spray suitable for footwear.
For all Proalp shoes please also note:
Allow wet shoes to dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated area or indoors, away from direct heat sources.
Never soak them in water or wash them in a washing machine.
If desired, during the off-season you can stuff them with crumpled absorbent paper (e.g. newspaper) to help maintain their shape.
How often should be shoes cleaned and maintained?
Everyone has their own preferences, but we recommend cleaning and caring for your shoes a few times per season.
Ordered items that are in stock are dispatched within two working days of placing the order. For items that are not in stock, the average lead time is extended by approximately three working days. If the delivery time is further extended, we will notify you accordingly.

When developing our footwear, we place great importance on breathability and therefore use hydrophobic materials. With regular care, the shoes maintain their water-repellent properties, meaning they can withstand moisture in moderately wet conditions.
Delivery times vary depending on whether the shoes are already made and in stock. Shoes that are in stock are dispatched no later than the next working day. If a model is not currently in stock, it will usually be produced within a few days, and you will be notified accordingly. Should you place a special order with a longer delivery time, we will inform you in advance.
